tomorrow i am going to an urban outfitters store in california i purchased th item october 18 i got it on sale for 20 but the full price is 49.50 will i be able to return it is a dress

Save the receipt. Ask the manager. Untimately it is to his or her discretion.

Unless they had signs up that said “All sales final” then I think you should be able to return it and get your $ 20 back.

some people let you return sale items
but if they do it will be for the sale price
just give it a try and see what happens
Unless they said it was a final sale you should be able to at least get store credit, if not a full refund.

For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded (checks/debit are refunded as cash). For items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid.
For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current retail-selling price of the item(s) returned. Valid photo identification is required for all returns without a receipt.
